I have spent more than 25 years leading operations in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and aerospace / defense environments. My experience spans functional execution, manufacturing, quality, client delivery, general management, site leadership, and P&L responsibility.
Continuous improvement is ingrained in my DNA, and leadership success is achieved through the team. My role as a leader is to create the conditions for people to succeed — clear objectives, aligned initiatives, visible and timely performance intelligence to enable empowered self-directed work, coaching, barrier prevention/removal, and the ability to make good decisions close to the work. That starts with a comprehensive Management Operating System that enables the team rather than forcing people to fight the operating environment.
Knowledge tells you how a Management Operating System should work. Experience teaches what actually works under pressure. I have both worked within and built these systems across multiple levels of Operations — from functional execution through site leadership — in both small and large companies. That combination creates the practical judgment to know what can be implemented, governed, scaled, and sustained.

Work is important, but it is not the whole story. Outside of Operations, I value time with family, competitive tennis, travel, and exploring new places. I enjoy the challenge of competition, the perspective that comes from seeing how other people live and work, and the simple idea that there should always be another adventure ahead.
